Projector always give people an impression of a wise person. In fact it is true, your role is to look at the whole picture and lead others.

Projectors need to be patient to wait for an invitation from your headhunter or opportunity, remember you can always be seen by people. However, you cannot just sit and wait for the chances come but have to keep studying to upgrade yourself. At a right moment, you will have a wonderful invitation. I have seen that a projector kept having promotion and got invitations from other companies. 
In a world which is full of  Generators and Manifesting Generators, projectors have to protect their own leading talent, do not try to compete for higher productivity or faster race.
